ExamplesOut of the hundreds of examples from our first year of 17+ paired pen pal classrooms, it was hard to choose what to share. I hope the selections below will inspire your students (and you).
I encourage classroom teachers to 'let go' and not be concerned that your co-teacher will judge or evaluate where your students are in comparison to theirs. I know that's a hard thing! Establishing connections through pen paling should be fun and meaningful to students wherever they are in their learning. And, fun. Oh, did I forget to mention that students should be having fun?

Sharing Our Digital Projects
Our students have so much fun sharing their learning with each other throughout the year. From great apps like Book Creator, Greenscreen by DoInk, Chatterkid, PicKids, and Adobe Spark and so many others, came great digital projects that showcased personality, knowledge and creativity. Of course, pen pals can create and share directly in Seesaw.
